2017年11月回京后创作。我家离北京故宫只有不到5公里，可能因为离得太近了，我反而很少去。年去台湾访友，正赶上台湾故宫开放日，我去参观了台湾故宫。台湾故宫里拥挤的人群把我推到了一个角落，角落里简单的瓶子陈设，让我怀念起家附近的故宫。远处的博物馆我进去看了，而身边的博物馆，我却只记得她在护城河倒影里的窗棱模糊的样子。也许太近了，才看不见吧。
Days after coming back to Beijing since November 2017, I rarely go to the Palace Museum(Beijing) although it's less than 5 km away from my home. While I was in Taiwan, I visited the Palace Museum there by chance. It was the national day and it was so crowded that I was pushed into a corner of an exhibition hall, where I saw two small pots, designed concisely while leaving a lonely feel, too. They reminded me of the Palace museum near my home but I could only remember its reflection on the river around it. The image is ambiguous in my memory. As a Chinese saying: One fails to see the truth of the matter, just because one is involved in it.
